What we collect
When you buy a license, Stripe handles checkout and shares your email, name, and the amount paid with us; your card details never reach our servers. When you contact support, we receive the email and message you send. The site also records standard analytics (page views via Vercel Analytics) and, where you've consented to marketing cookies in your browser, Meta advertising events.
Why we keep it
Purchase records exist to verify your license, serve your downloads, deliver updates, and handle upgrades and refunds. Support messages exist so we can reply. Analytics and ad events exist to measure whether the product page works. We do not sell or rent any of it.
Where it lives
Purchase and support records are stored with our database provider (Supabase) and payment processor (Stripe). Hosting and logs run on Vercel. Each of those vendors processes data under their own security terms.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time through the support page. Deleting a purchase record ends our ability to verify that license, so we'll confirm before removing one. Browser-level controls (ad blockers, cookie settings) limit the analytics and pixel events without affecting your purchase.
